Web design #internship, Bluegrass Battles Hunger, St. Joseph

About Us
Bluegrass Battles Hunger is a 501c3 organization based in St. Joseph, Mo. BBH is an annual two-day concert held at the end of September each year. The concert benefits Second Harvest Community Food Bank. In the four years of the event, we have donated more than $6,850 and collected more than 3,645 pounds of food to support Second Harvest. We are a cooperative team, relying on the abilities of all its members to keep growing this event.

Job Description 
We are looking for someone wanting to build a resume as well as impact hunger in our area. This person has a passion for beautiful code with WordPress experience. You don't just “cut things up” -- you translate design into a brilliant user experience and you're not satisfied until it looks pixel-perfect. You're passionate about writing logical, well-structured code that's easy to navigate. You don't consider a project done until it works in IE. You test your code on multiple browsers at all times and know how to iron out the kinks. Students considering Graphic Design, Interactive Digital Media, and Advertising/Marketing are encouraged to apply.
